When you sign up, we collect your email address. When you ask a question, we store your question and the response so you can revisit it in your Tea Journal. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your billing details — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your data to deliver the product: generate responses, save your readings, send magic-link sign-in emails, and process subscriptions. We do not sell your data and we do not use your questions to train third-party models.
We rely on Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers via secure APIs to generate responses. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
You can delete individual readings or clear your entire Tea Journal at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account or request a full data export, email hello@spilltea.ai.
